How Does It Work?
The CEU/PDA distance education courses are approved by CA , FL, and accepted by the NCCAOM.(Please see exact board approvals next to each course content) Once you've made your purchase and received the course material, read the material and answer the sets of multiple choice questionaires at the end, and return the answers back to us. If you have any good cases pertaining to the course, please submit them for teaching references. However, if you are not treating such cases, then there is nothing to submitt. We will retain your answers and send you your certificate of completion.

How Long Does It Take?
If you sign up for a "X hours" course, per the approval process, you are supposed to spend X amount of hours. However, because this is home study, we do not keep track of your time, you keep track of time by yourself.

Which is better, Online purchase or Mail Order purchase?
There are two types of purchases, Online and Mail Order. The online option is by far the quickiest and easiest way to receive your certificate. Courses purchased online are all in PDF file format and do not contain any videos. (IMPORTANT: Once you've completed your purchase, before you check out with Paypal, make sure to immediately click - BACK/RETURN TO Merchant - to download the course. Otherwise we will have to send the link to you again, causing delays.) Mail order courses consist of video/DVDs and printed text; to place a mail order please call the office. We can send your mail order by regular mail, priority mail or express mail.

What kind of computer or software do I need to do the webinars?
Presently we use Cisco/Webex as the host. Most modern computers or PCs are compatible.

My computer is an ipad, can I use it to join the webinars?
Most ipads are not compatible. It is not advisable to use ipads.

The link that you have received are just in simple PDF format. Please try to open it in another computer.

I do not have a Paypal account, can I still use a credit card for purchase?
Yes, you do not need to have a Paypal account for purchase.

Can I do all of my courses and submit them all at once?
Yes, but it is not advisable to do too many courses in a day as it may trigger an audit.

How Soon Will I Get My Certificate?
If you return your answers through email, the turnaround time will be 24 to 48 hours. For receiving certificates via email, please make sure that you can open a Microsoft Word attachment. If you send the answers by postal mail, the turn- around time will be 3 to 4 days after we receive them. In either case, for record-keeping requirements, your certificate will be assigned an official completion number. If you did not receive your certificate, please submit your answers again as emails sometimes are delayed or lost.

I need the certificate ASAP!
